Abstract:-In radiation processing dosimetry is availed to quantify the energy deposited in a material or absorbed by a human from radiation sources. Different dosimetry systems are mainly used for different purposes in industry and research irradiation facilities, which have multiple requirements for dose determinations. Radiation safety standards and issues which involves the radiation protection of humans against radiation exposure have their own dosimetry metrology. This paper garners information regarding radiation and dosimetry.

Abstract:-Diary industries are an emerging industry. Especially a country like India where there was a prominent white revolution to make local community aware of prominence of cattle rearing and using milk and milk products as commodities and market it commercially. There were several risk factors and constraints in preserving the milk and milk products. There were several techniques adapted from olden times to new and automated techniques to safely pack the milk products. This paper gives an outline regarding the different packaging strategies adapted.
