The Role of Organizational Culture in Facilitating Employees’ Job Performance in Banking Sector of Odisha

Abstract: This study was designed to examine the impact of organizational culture on employee performance in the banking sector of Odisha. The objectives of the study were to explore the factors of organizational culture which influences employees’ job performance and to study the impact of organizational culture on employees’ job performance. Furthermore, the data for the research was obtained from respondents who were mainly managerial and clerical staffs in the banking sector. A total of 245 questionnaires were distributed but only 200 were retrieved from the respondents. The data were analyzed using factor analysis, multiple regression and ANOVA techniques.
