The Benefits of Telecommuting of Employees

Abstract: This paper analyses and highlights the role of telecommuting and its pros and cons. Telecommuting is the ability for a worker to finish work assignments from out of doors the conventional administrative centre via way of means of the usage of telecommunications gear which includes email, phone, chat and video apps. Telecommuting is the ability for employees to use telecommunications tools such as email, phone, chat, and video applications to complete work tasks outside of the traditional workplace. The general growth of the Internet and advances in unified communications (UC), artificial intelligence, and robotics have made it easier than ever to perform many work-related tasks outside of the normal workplace. Knowledge workers are particularly suitable for working at home or other remote areas. Work that requires the physical handling of special equipment, including vehicles, is not suitable for telecommuting.
