Abstract:-  More than two persons joined together and put their efforts for the achievement of goals or objectives are called as business or organization. For the effective achievement, the persons involved in the process should have satisfaction towards the work or activity they involve or do. i.e Employees in organization should have greater satisfaction towards the job which indirectly increase the productivity of organization. This paper is a study about job satisfaction and the impact of employee counseling on job satisfaction. The objective of study is to understand the need of employee counseling in organization and recognize the impact of employee counseling over job satisfaction.
